Lisa helped me to buy the cottage at 39 Simpson Ave in Tobermory 4 years ago, she helped me again to sell it in this Summer at the top money. 4 years ago, no any agents were willing to provide service and showed me properties out of 250 kilometers away, only Lisa was took me to view properties over there, and I purchased 3 different propeties through her at the same time and she did the great job. She is a very professional and trustworthy realtor I have ever met. Now then we became good friends with Lisa.  This Summer when it is four years later, I entrusted Lisa again, even if she still live 250 kilometers away from my property, but she is willing to take such this business and sell my property prompt and it was sold at the top money in this cooling real estate market. So I figured that if Lisa didn't make a fortune with all her hard work, even God wouldn't allow it.
